Lahav Halevy is a very popular graphic designer in Israel, where he designs posters for movies and socio-political groups. He is very active on social media, where he posts many of his works expressing his political views. Lahav has exhibitions all over the world, and is a graphic design teacher in the Visual Communications Department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem.
Currently, aside from being a teacher, he is also working for the Blue Collar Group, which he co-founded in Israel. His group, which consists of multiple graphic designers, creates many posters of varying fields.
His works are mainly in Hebrew, but they speak for themselves as a visual language that transcends linguistic barriers. His posters don’t merely design for his country’s social issues, but also foreign issues as well, including the Women’s Rights Movement and the Black Lives Matter Movement of the United States.
